Our Story
Our journey began with a single contract: conducting RAD audits for a local prime contractor. What seemed like a routine assignment quickly revealed something deeper—a calling. Through that work, our founder uncovered a passion for the affordable housing industry and a commitment to ensuring that every family has access to safe, stable, and dignified housing.

That calling grew into action. We stepped into the role of a subcontractor on HUD-funded tenant relocation and property management contracts, where we led the relocation of hundreds of families—guiding them through some of life’s most difficult transitions into homes that offered hope and a fresh start.

Over time, we built a reputation for taking on the hard stuff. Distressed and troubled assets became our specialty. We partnered with nonprofits to rehabilitate and manage struggling LIHTC properties, successfully stabilizing assets and positioning them for long-term success or sale.

In May 2025, we reached a new milestone—becoming a certified Management Agent with Virginia Housing. Today, we are backed by a dedicated team of Certified Occupancy Specialists, Management Occupancy Review Specialists, NSPIRE-Compliant Inspectors, Affordable Housing Managers, and Housing Consultants.
Together, we bring technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a people-first mindset to every project. At our core, we believe that affordable housing is more than a business—it’s a responsibility and a powerful force for community transformation.
